80 teams.

Other winners that year, Div 1 (Cam and Ouse) Mick Cullen (Oxford) 11-8-0. Barnsley won the team 700 points. 80 teams.

Div 3 Welland and Coro Phil Deacon (Wellingborough) 17-5-0. Swindon Talisman 769 points. 73 teams.

Div 4 Trent Geoff Salisbury (Marazion AC) Marazion AC 571 points. 56 teams.
