Joff I have had a few people in the past that cannot login but I changed their passwords for them and then logged in on my pc fine but they were still unable to login 
I need their usernames or email address's to have a look mate. Or tell them to message me using the 'Broadcast message to admins' button at the top of the page and I will try and sort it out
