Thats Barrie Rickards who passed away last year. What a lovely man, I wrote a letter in 1977 to him after reading the book that this photo was taken. It was regarding tench fishing (The book was about tench fishing). The reply he sent was great in cambridge university paper ! The info was great and very well explained. I still have the book but alas I lent the book out and it came back without the letter tucked inside it.
