River Trent Opens - Burton area

Alan Round is going to run a series of affordable opens on the Trent around Burton / Swarkestone area this season.   :D They will be £13 all in, and breakfast venues have been arranged for the draws. First few dates are below, and I will keep you informed of any additions or changes on here.
Draw times are 0830 with fishing 8 til 3.

Saturday 16th June - Cuttle brook. Draw at Crew and Harpur pub. (23 booked in)
Saturday 7th July - Cuttle Brook. Crew and Harpur pub
Saturday 21st July - Cuttle Brook or Willington. Crew and Harpur pub
Saturday 4th August - Willington - Crew and Harpur pub.

had a drive down Cuttlebrook yesterday. looked good, still some water on, cudnt tell how much to be honest cos it must be 20 years since I went down there. Very overgrown but with the weather we've had it's to be expected. don't know what pegs we'll be on but looking forward to it whatever. just hope this rain now and tmrw doesn't afeect it too much.
