I've still got a norboron, but it doesn't get bent like that anymore not that it ever did! I'd have to tie it to my dog and chuck a ball for him to bend it that much!

im not sure its a microlite? as my original 12footer has a full cork handle,and no bulbous knobbly bit at the butt?

It is definitely a microlight- and one of the originals with the tiny metal ferrule protectors.
