Just been on Facebook and Emma Pickering has posted this below - apparently the Italian ladies team has been in a bad car crash at the Ladies world champs and may not be able to compete...
Emma Pickering Richie yes it's true we drove past 20 mins after it happened. We stopped and took all their things how they got out alive I don't know the mini bush was crushed. Franka is in intensive care. One has broken pelvis one broken arm n one broken leg. They have not pulled out simona and another girl been practicing today and they may have 3 or 4 to try and compete at weekend. It was horrible very upsetting

Matteo Maggi it's all true. They had a very bad accident. Unfortunately there are some girls with serious problems but they are ok. One girl is already out from the hospital. Two girls yesterday was fishing on the lake but we don't know if the italian team will be ready to start the WC. I hope yes also they are in three. Could be worst conseguences...
