do you think the FA would ever consider a match between the current ENGLAND team and the team they think should play for England
when i say that i don't mean it in a bad way but i think its one of the ways forward as it will not intrude on the international games but will bring together ENGLAND player new and old i'm sure people would pay to see this sort of match perhaps two or three times a year  :-/ :-/ :-/

Answer: after reading all the current prospective "transfer moves" in this morning's paper will there be enough proper Engish players left to form two teams?
The way it's going England will be picking players from the Blue Square League Image

I thought the same while watching Sky sports news today. There's hardly a transfer involving an English player.

English football is in a very sorry state and will get worse unless there are drastic changes

to true. all the so called big boys dont care about home grown talent. all they want is the big mercenary from foreign climes to complement the other mercenaries already warming the bench. man city, man utd, chelsea, liverpool, arsenal all have more foreigners on their books than they can play every week and want to sign more. >:( >:(

the sooner the no FA bigwigs cap the number of foreigners to 3 or 4 Image Image the better otherwise the england team will never win owt.

forget the european labour charter and make clubs more english. if it hurts the big boys then tough cos they the cause

lets follow the german system and see how the big boys who are millions in debt fare then

No matter how good Englands team could be it will never win anything , get real fellas Image Sky runs English Premier League football with all the millions and millions it throws at it, its sink or swim for each club otherwise you get left in the widerness. Take the Sky money away and you will have a scenario like what has happened to Scottish football ....... think about it ! ;)

Thats a fair point but we need to educate the coaches into teaching kids to play the right way --most of our league clubs academies are full of big strong fast hardworking lads--and not many skilful ones- im sure we are the only country that picks them this way.(brawn and energy before skill)
