59 anglers turned out on the shropshire union canal at soudley for this annual event
most fearing the worst after all the rain of late but the colour wasnt to bad and the fishing to match
pegging 10 sections of 5 and 2 sections of 6 the lowest section winning weight was4-4-0 and one of 4-9-8 then two sections were won with 5lbs and the rest with 6lbs one at 7lb and one at 8lb
winner on the day was dave richards with a cracking 30-8-0 of bream hybreads an a couple of chubb
