2 at heron brook (bridge pool) , 3 at boldings , 3 at Carney's , 2 at curbourogh , 1 at crudmore :( (shite hole) ,1 on the Trent, 2 baden hall >:(, 5 on our pool >:(, 5 on calf heath cut >:(.
I'm ment to have a match on Sunday but don't no if i will fish it. At the mo Ive lost interest and am enjoying a bit of pleasure fishing. I'm not sure if I'm going to fish for them this year. I cant make my mind up. I hate most of the venues and the one i really like is boldings and I'm away for 2 of them matches :'(.

Tk it as nothing to do with the grueller series. I really and honestly enjoyed the last series and up for this yeas if you run one .
As simple knows i was thinking of dropping Hawkins matches or fishing for another club this year. Basically its £75 to fish for Hawkins were least 5 matches are on their pool which at the moment isn't ready to fish never mind fishing matches on it. The venue i love is bolding but out of the 3 matches on there I'm away for 2 of them leaving 1 match to look forward to. Theres 3 on Carney's which i like the venue but again I'm away for 1 so all year i have 3 matches i really want to fish. Theres 2 heron brook and 1 on curbourough which i don't mind so you could say i 6 matches to look forward to, the rest i will have no interest in and fish with no will to try and do anything.
As i say I'm pleasure fishing at the mo and have the jinx series starting soon, plus other md matches so i can concentrate on them a bit more. To be honest last year i was doing to many matches in the end as i was fishing Md's, jinx, intersite or some other match on a Saturday down places like oxford, aldershot etc with afternoon draws then travelling back home on the night and repacking my box and bait bag for Sunday going to shite holes with Hawkins for a 7 O'Clock draw. To be honest i was knackered.

Ok Si - glad I aint responsible for your change in direction
You'll have to think about joining us next year - 15 matches £25 and a skin diver on the day (incl of £1 golden peg).............but we don't have mega payouts (keeps the mercenaries in check ). Mind we fish a mix of pools, rivers and cuts so you might only fancy half a dozen of our matches too - but it would work out cheaper
Was gunna ask if Hawkins allowed any visitors - but after seeing 7.00am draws dont think I'll bother ............I'm not the best of risers

hawkins do alow guests. It costs you the peg fees plus pools if you want to go in the pools. They are desperate for as many guests as they can get for a match aug 19th. Its on willows at boldigs. Willows is the big lake and theyve had to book the full lake for the match but only have 15 members if everyone turns up. Thats 1 im away for as i will be in alcudia. All there draws are very early. Thats another thing why i cant get fully motervated. My mrs doesnt get in until 6.30 on a sunday morning from work so i cant leave untill 6.30 because of the kids then have to race to the venue for the draw. They do alow me to phone and draw my peg on the phone if im gonna be late.
I might guest on a few other clubs matches if they have spaces on decent venues that way i aint comitted

All our draws are 8.30 and I thought that was bad enough.
No way would I make it to a 7.30 draw unless it was the Willows in Penkridge hehe

telling me ss, you sruggled for a 7.30 start at rugeley ps in the grullers series
try doing it when youve had a jinx match on rolfs (oxford) or an intersite down aldershot on the saturday which doesnt finish until 7 pm then the weigh in, pay outs, and a few hours drive home, then unpack and repack ready to be on the sunday match
