yes TK its too cold and they are tightly shoaled up plus especially on rivers the black death have made the most of it because of all the canals ,lakes and commercials have all been frozen remember a cormorant has to eat its own body weight per day to survive and what with otters and mink the old river sport is looking doomed the last match we had on the river was nov 22nd 2009 thats a lot of time the cormorants have had on there own
