hope you can help me i have just moved into the staffordshire area and are looking for a decent angling club to join, do you have any places for 2008 or can i put my name down for a place, who do i need to contact, it sounds like you guys have a good bit of banter.

Hi Budgie65 - welcome aboard

Cashmores AC membership is full at the mo, but you are welcome to fish as a visitor on our river and canal matches - pegging isn't generally any problem on these.
Pools are slightly different - I book 25 pegs to cater for all the members. It's only occasionally that all 25 pegs are taken due to members hols/other commitments so we do allow visitors on these too when pegs are available.
Check out the Cashmores fixtures posted elsewhere in these forums.

A few of us are also having a knock up on the Cannock Extension on Sat - see topic in other section. Feel free to join us if you can. Don't be intimidated either........we aint that good, just a bit of friendly rivalry and banter

am a bit busy at the weekend with the house DIY, if i dont do it now the Gaffa will only let me go fishing part time Ha Ha . but will view your river & Cut dates on the forum and contact you to see if a peg is available,
