Yepp, had a proper sh!t sunday today boyz (again )
Steve knowles picked me up bright and early as i had been to a friends party last night in manchester with the mrs and i was sh!t faced ( thanks mate )
Trent & Misery canal teams of 4 at middlewich was the venue , the queen drew my peg w*nk again right in the middle of the dreaded top lock section fished my nuts off for a respectable 0.12.14 (40 fish) the team drew sh!t again but somehow we managed a very respectable 53 pts , then a had a laff at Woodhouses legs in the pub car park which cheered me up then downed 2 pints of lager very sharpish, steve dropped me off at home put my gear away then went into the back garden on the patio, my mrs has done a barbie with steak etc and bought me a case of magners cider think i will get p1ssed again
i did the same dodge a'nt fishing great fish all day and the tank commander was cooking over the barbie i'm well in dodge she's just had a new kitchen
yesterday we fished barston lakes it was a match of two sides one side fished its head off with almost 3o double figure all F1S very few silverfish or big carp 40lb 37lb 36lb and about 3x35lb with 34lb only winning sections the wind was blowing into the bank and we all know that F1s are wind assisted because on the other bank fished sh#t really sh#t i mean proper sh#t with 6 pegs on the top bank
you can guess where i drew top bank wrong side if the section had run to my left i'd of won my section but yet again it was not to be on the good side NICK MOSS is back into his fishing after selling it all a few years back and is rebuilding his tackle and what a start he had drawn next to Tommy Hilfiger only just getting beat 29lb to 22lbstill its a good start for his first match back
