I dug it out TK.

Signed up for the magazine this year for first time, mainly to take up the free bait offer... last me about 5 yrs on the cuts.

January issue came and I chucked it on the pile and hadnt read it. What with these forums and all... there's just too much information sometimes.

BUT I should have noticed the Extension write up !

Yep - MH who fished in the feature was pegged on the Common on the Chockie Munsters teams of three last year and had 4 perch for 8lb odd

Think Dodge was in the area, he might confirm........

I've had some decent perch in Winter on chop & caster at the far end of the common (pegs 30-34)

Thanks for phone call T K and results/write up.

I'd like to dispute Tigerbay's claim to slowest tackler up - that has to be me.

Maybe we can have a head to head 1 day.

My disaster was I only had 1 tiny roach, about 10 mins after I finally got my hook in the water.

I spent far to long under 2 far bank trees and not enough closer in.

Should have stuck with punch longer too.
