i would like to sorry sorry about no photo's
this is my first report on this site
well i arrived around 8am to find the 2 pegs i wanted to
fish had gone so i settled on peg 5 i had in mind
the feeder straight across the lake and the pole at 12m and 13m
got set up around 8-30am first cast on my new preston mini multi feeder with a preston pellet feeder with 4" pr36 hair rig with a single grain of corn 5 minutes later a bream around 4lb in the net
then nothing so i went on the 12m line feed micro pellet and 4 pieces of corn i set the rig so it was hard on bottom and just a little lift and the float went under a skimmer around 6ozs feed again using a kinder pot just micro pellet this time float settled again 20 seconds later float went away again another skimmer so total weight so far 4lb 12ozs
stayed on the pole and kept feeding at 12m and 13m and the same result each time skimmer then a couple of better bream i finished with 14 bream and 8 tench tench were around 3lb to 4lb decided one last cast on feeder 2 pieces of corn this time out it went i settled doxw to see if the carp were in the margins and bingo the tip went round and a nice common around 8lb total weight around 50lb well happy as i had not be out for a while

Noticed this page hasn't been updated for a while, and thought I would just mention the changes. The lakes are under new ownership and management. The new owner is a kean match fisherman, who is eager to get it right. There are currently open matches each Sunday, and the possiblity of them on Saturdays too. The first winter league is just drawing to an end, with good results despite the weather.
