does any body have any info on a preston dream power feeder rod 12.5ft when it was made and how much cost when released by preston

funny wood house thats what i want to know i think you could use them on rivers and commericals i have hever heard of them thats why im asking

Believe they were released around 2000 dont know on the price when new though.

would you buy a second hand one in good condition if you had the chance due to a credit crunch and needing another car money is tight

Simple answer is NO i would not regardless of the money (guess your looking at the 1 on Feebay for £40 ish) for that money you can now adays get brand new rod with warranty.

In my mind all people are paying for is the stanciled name on most kit, personally i'd rather pay less and get the same kit without a brand name.

Personally i have never bought rods unless i actually need them and as i already have 6 rods for feeder/lead work i would never buy another as these days i dont use half of what i already have. ;)
