I have heard this evening that a team of aquatic experts have got to the bottom of the recent pollution on the Staffs/Worcs canal near Wolverhampton.
After analysis of water samples it was apparent that the cause was down to a huge influx of ammonia, first impression was that a pipe had broken in the nearby sewage works but after careful inspection the source of the ammonia has been tracked back to a bungalow in Heath town where a well known angler perms his hair twice a day......
I thought you was only joking Chockie Munster, but someone told me at work today that it was reported in the E&S of a pollution and fish kill at Alderley Junction.
