crappity smack me.
I have fished two bloodworm matches and hauled in a mighty 1 lb 7 oz and 1-15-8 from two supposedly top venues; I am being beat by 'easy' angler too around me!
To top that I have 'bosted me pole'; good job it was only a cheap section (£200 worth).
The icing on the cake was when I saw Lloydy in his jogging gear.
Before I go completely do you think it is time I retired?
Yeah must admit I like the canal in your neck of the wood.
It beat these town cuts by a mile.
Big big fan
Mind you I have only fished it four times; second in an open, top twenty in a National, 1 lb 10 oz from a hard section and a crappity smack all (well one roach). Funnily enough the last one was a bloodworm match
Feel like retiring myself Bill after yesterday, avoid pegs 45 - 60 was the talk before the draw, I pulled out 52. I gave up at 1 o'clock without a fish in the net,
and i'd also seen sporty lloydy beforehand which didnt put me in the right frame of mind
Don't really know what I'm doing or what I'm talking about.
