trentmens draw
1860 end peg flyer
greens lee wright the tench peg flyer
adey higginbottom deeps 23 next to the winner must be the right area
darren bickerton osiers 5 THE BEST PEG ON THE RIVER flyer
steve woolhard not sure where he was but must of been good
mark godfrey best Peg on the little meadow flyer but he would disagree and say it was down to his presentation

result of round 7 summer league
fished on the natural river with the river being flooded over the last week it was touch and go whether or not it would go on the canal after doing all the pegs for both i went and had a look friday afternoon the river looked spot on
so off i went to sort the super league out saturday night i had a phone call saying the river had come up [i thought it was the trentmen because they had brought all buckos squatts ] quick look sunday morning and yes it had they must of held it back
still with about 12in of extra we decided to fish
and on the whole it fished very well being a bit rusty and leaving half the kit you need for river matches i managed 5lb from the greens opposite the BOLD BEAVER boat what a name for a boat specially when a lovely single lady lived on it all day i was talking to her and never once did i dare ask why she had named her boat BOLD BEAVER days like that you want godfrey next to you anyway back to the results
barrow deeps was the place you wanted to draw two sections with lots of colour screamed out for bream and it did'nt disappoint and my good mate BUCKO made no mistakes during the match he managed 27 bream for 65lb 14oz he even phoned me up with a hour left to seeif i was walking around if i had of been we'd of had some proper photos in second spot was darren bickerton rentmen pegged on the osiers in the gully out and out flyer and made no mistakes weighing 18lb of chub to 4lb :othird was yet another rentmen pete scott NOW at this point not only did rentmen draw flyer they also had the right anglers on the right pegs [i think scotty would agree he dos'nt like the soar chub pegs]
scotty was on the 1860 end peg always screams roach yet sometimes its not the end peg [a spot more luck ] in the winter league we tend to go further down
yet scotty who loves roach pegs on the river did his job with 16lb
4th yet another rentmen higgi who was next to bucko and managed 15lb 5th was john shellard from the greens he put 2 chub on the scales for 7lb plus other fish for 14lb
teams on the day
1st TRENTMEN with a outstanding score of 12 points
2nd GARBOLINO HARRISONS LINC COUNTY BLUE 25 POINTS
3RD ANGLINGMAN 30 POINTS
4TH GARBOLINO HARRISONS LINC COUNTY RED 35 POINT
5TH BENNETTS 36 POINTS
6TH LEICESTER SENSAS LAKE 37 POINT
OVERALL
1ST TRENTMEN 14 POINTS
2ND LEICESTER LAKE 18 POINTS
3RD ANGLINGMAN 31 POINTS
4TH BENNETTS 35 POINTS
5TH GARBOLINO HARRISONS L/C 36 POINTS
it looks like its between any of 4 teams for 3rd on the last round
