Would you pay £20 to have yourself and your gear taken to and from a fishery down south ?
Thanks.

A proper coach with wheels.
It would cost more in petrol than that to drive down yourself.
I was thinking of organising a match somewhere for anyone who wants to go off here and from My club.

Think it maybe a waste of time really as people ain't willing to pay for what could possible be a good days fishing.
Everything is too expensive these days.

Get picked up from Penkridge, taken to the venue. Fish for 5 hours and get taken back to Penkridge.

why not go to a northern venue or north midlands (ie staffs or south cheshire) as the majority of members on here either come from the midlands or north and all your club members come from the midlands.

I was also gonna suggest about finding venue were they will let us stay over night and have a fish in with a p1ss up social on the night as im sure we could learn a lot about fishing of people like dodge and teach lee a thing or two, then have a drink and laugh on the night

A trip to Rolfs
now youve named the venue then i can now give you an honest answer which is NO as i would only cost me 20 quid to drive myself and if i got some one to carshare then it would only cost me a tenna. The coach company would think all there christmas have come at once with 52 people paying 20 quid each to travel less than 200 mile, plus how are you gonna get 52 people around rolfs?

Yeah but you dont have to fill it do you.....
I was planned on 25 people x £20 each = £500
I got a quote of £500 today for the return journey.
The trip is OVER 200 miles return.
NOT everyone can car share or even be arsed to drive that distance. The older people that might be interested in going.
I certainly cant get there and back for £20 in my car.

Its a very good idea simps
For me coming down from manchester it would be one heck of a long day.....probably have to wake up at around 3.30 am etc and get home around 10.30 pm or so ..... not sure would be a great day out tho.
Just food for thought what about the Glebe Fishery ....... i have heard good things about the venue off kieron rich .......its pretty central and maybe Joff knows a thing or two and could get a nice discount

The venue could be anywhere.
An overnight whole weekend would be better then we can all have a drink as suggested by DTF
Plenty of possibilities....
