Well gutted, had the gold one since he was 4 inches long.
The ghostie I had off my uncle.
All the other fish were gulping for air this morning.

Got the hose blasting water into the pond now but cant understand how oxygen levels dropped so low Image Image

Sad to see that pickie SS :(

There was a large low pressure over the weekend (possibly into this week?) - would that contribute to reduced oxygen levels Image

Cheers everyone. All the other fish are still OK, hope it stays that way.
The hose for the waterfall had blown into the pond and was not creating and splashing like it normally does. Thats the only thing I can think of that was different.
Was well windy again as all the plants were knocked over. Got a big rock on it now ::)

Si get a cheap pump and fix a pipe to it and shoot the water 6 inches into the air so the water goes up then back into the pool. Put it the oppersit end to the water fall so you have another load of water going aswell then if 1 fails the other will still be there to give a fresh oxygen supply. Simular to how your uncle as that frog spitting water into the pond ;).
