Southend Farm Match Lake 5th October 2019
Dave's away this week (gotta get the clubs funds spent somehow) so he asked me to start the thread for our next Match at Southend Farm on 5th October. We're on the Match Lake, hoping to get the far bank and righthand end (as viewed from the car park). This will avoid the pegs on the Dam wall end which didn't fish too well for us last year.
The Match Lake offers a tantalising combination of a few proper munters and good bags of bream/skimmers and roach. This means a nice little poser for tackle and tactics on the day. Last year Keith had about half a dozen top kits and 3 rods set up
So who's ready for the challenge?
Coming:
Tony R
Dave
Keith
Simon
Kyle
Gino
Jim
Josh
Terry
Tony W
Chris T
Mark
Mick
13
Possibles:
Kris
Troy
Not available:
Chris W
Rod
Clive
John

I’m home now. I think we were both trying to edit the list at the same timeTony.
As Tony says Mick not a problem just remind me before I do the draw.

Re: Southend Farm Match Lake 5th October 2019
We have pegs 18 round the right side of the lake to peg 1. We have 2 or 3 spare pegs to leave out the corners.
Net limit is 50lb (10lb leeway) separate net for silvers. Nets to be dry and laid out dry behind your peg until 10 minutes before start. Fish over 8lb to be weighed and returned.
Apparently corn has been doing ok recently.( that should please Keith )
