The 4th round of the Oxford winter league was fished by 6 teams of 8 on the Kennet and Avon canal at Great Bedwyn. After heavy overnight rain the canal had a tinge of colour and the small roach fed in most sections but as usual on this canal the end pegs dominated most sections and all the top weights were from end pegs
1st John Price - ISIS - 8lb 5oz- John drew top end peg in the match at the station pound. He had skimmers roach and perch on a vsariety of baits at 11m metres on the pole.
2nd Steve Pawson - Sensas A4 - 7lb 7oz. Steve drew bottom end peg on the match at the Roadside and had perch on worm and and small roach on a whip and squatt.
3rd Darren Wright - Sensas A4 - 7lb 4oz. Darren was also on a end peg at Iron bridge and had perch on chop worm and roach on squatt
4th Martin Page - ISIS - 6lb 5oz.
