Just had a conversation with Chris.
They managed to squeeze him in for his operation last friday. He has had his C5 vertebra removed and is now stuck in a collar for the next 6 weeks. Hopefully that has removed the pressure on his nerves and will allow him to regain full mobility, although thats likely to take 6 months.
His mate Jim is coming down from Birmingham next weekend and they both hope to meet us at Colemans Cottage where Chris has promised to walk round and take the pee.

Re: Chris Withall
Good news that Chris is on the mend although laughing at us whilst in a neck brace may not be the best recovery recommendation
