I am possibly not turning turning out on Saturday.
Currently afflicted by Snotgobblers Pyratic. which is a tropical malady first diagnosed in the tropical area of Wednesfield.
AKA a heavy head cold.
I will be there at the appointed hour if OK.. If not I hope all have a good day .

Congratulations to Mr V on a fine win - report will follow

I want to thank KOD for his support in providing the Mystery Prize - turned out to be nearest to 9oz - well as someone who weighs in about 9 oz on most matches I was hot favourite to win that one - as it turned out I overachieved and weighed in 11 oz - Won 2 bottles of wine which will be consumed over the festive period .

Will keep quiet about putting 6 barbel straight back in to avoid missing out on KODs prize !!

Best seasonal wishes to all the Cashmores / Grueller crowd and hope to see you all again on the towpath soon .

For some strange reason I suspected the mystery weight would be 9oz - given only KOD and MrV knew it before the off no wonder KOD gave me a strange look when I mentioned it at the draw. Or was it just one of his normal strange looks

Should have tipped 4lb away and I would have pipped you to those bottles - oh well
