I know most of you haven't been able to sleep in anticipation of another Football Tivia Quiz.
This one is a bit of a stinker and there are no trick questions.

1. Why were two different match balls used in the 1930 World Cup Final between Argentina and Uruguay?

2. Who is the only first class cricketer to win a World Cup winners medal at football?

3. Name the player. He was born a cripple and had to have an operation in order to walk. He went on to win two World Cup winners medals. Who was he?

4. What team scored rhe first ever FA Cup goal?

5. Name the four companies (brands) that have sponsored the FA Cup?

6. Who were the first non-league club to knock out a Division One team in the FA Cup?

7. What was the original name of the FA Community Shild (aka Charity Shield)?

8. The Charity Shield is played annually between the FA Cup winners and the Premiership League winners. Who plays who if one team does the 'double' ie wins the Premiership and the FA Cup?

9) What Manchester City player was awarded the MBE for 'sevices to the community' in this case his charity work?

10) What Nation has played in no less than nineteen qualifying competions for the World Cup and have never appeared in the Finals?

2 Just reading his autobiography - G H

Spot on TK, Geoff Hurst, he is credited with one full appearance for Essex but I beliieve he played some minor stuff too.
He also kept a pub in Eccleshall for a while.
Which former England star kept the Dog and Doublet at Sandon, near Stafford? This is little know but he was there for years.
