Reg Whiston won the latest match with a net of good perch and roach on the waggler and maggot off peg 11 for 15lb 9oz.
2nd Roger Smith 14 lb 3 oz roach peg 22.
3rd Mick Reynolds 13 lb 10 oz roach peg 4 .
4th John Harper 13 lb 5oz roach peg 9

Really enjoyed myself today John....just like the good old days. Had a good couple of hours on the stick before the bloody pike put in an appearance, then loads of fish on the wag and mag til the end. Should have done better I think, but still a bit rusty and getting the gear to work right is almost there. Still better than sitting round a hole in the ground :thumsup :thumsup

It's a brilliant result Paul the weights are so close a couple of fish lost can make all the difference . classic River Trent match I love it, getting like the 70's mate beat all your pigs with fins bashing,this is proper fishing . :thumsup
