Does anybody know what's happening ?
Does anybody know what's happening with the semi at Crowle ?
Somebody told me Sam is not getting any bait for that match, also another person told me that all the mosella lot went up last week and blanked !! I did actually speak To Alan Scotthorne at Thorne and He told me that the fishing was very, very poor (they were not His actual words !!).
I know the last sentence is a fact, however the other parts are not 100%, Has anybody got any info as it might be better to clear a few things up. I know that with a close season that will be force by the time the semi is on will probably make another natural venue impossible to find if the fishing is really, really poor. If this is the case and we have got wot we've got ! so to speak then obviously bloodworm and joker will be a major factor. It would seem very unfair to see teams without this bait and some with if the bloodworm is allowed. Obviously all teams will favour having the bait if it is availiable to all. If it is banned then We could really be looking forward to a grim day.
Any takers

Joff, I did see that Mate, but if Sam is not getting any bloodworm and joker and the venue is rock hard (The mosella lads did all blank with b. and j. last week) then what's the point. To be fair Mate if that's how it ends up on a exposed cut with little fish in the length, and no b and j !!!!! then we could expect a struggle me thinks :(

Oh LOL it`s about time you all got on the Dark side........................Won`t need bloodworm and joker for our Semi at Colmans a few pellets, corn, casters, worms, maggots and a bit of groundbait is we are going to need.
On a serious note I do feel for you all as far as I can see it Joker is going to be harder to come by in the future as a lot of the Sewage works abroad will end up modernized.

I can't understand it Scotty why would they pick a venue without some proper thought about bait or the time of year .its far enough as it is without the thought of not catching i fear its too late for the natural venue .Looking at the results on commercials this weekend they seem to be waking up whereas the natural fish venues are more concerned about getting to at spawning grounds. Madness yet again mate i thought you'd be on the stainy in the Town you only have to look at the results when we won Sensas challenge on there the sections further away from the town were biteless then
any way best of luck up there

Its to early for the canal down there, will be lots of blanks, odd fish or nowt for most. Its a bream venue, end pegs might get a few in March or an odd tench but you wont catch crappity smack all else if recent years is anything to go by
Just cant get a draw
