Lee,
have a look on the angling trust website, it says you can phone the competitions department , get an application form from their website or there's an application form in Angling Times.
I've been meaning to ask mate, have you landed that carp yet from Marstons , I've got quite a few old puller bungs that will fit your pole if you want any , ( joking aside, I have mate and some cheap top kits, used but ok as spares or for silvers)

Lee, to be fair Mate I phoned and booked 10 tickets as I thought it would be quicker and easier. You are right of course as a postal application would take longer and You could miss out. I suppose now the competition has taken off they will draw out names next year so it is fair. I do hope You get sorted with some tickets mate.
