Added spoiler tags to hide pictures, words...whatever.

Handy for hiding results or thing that some people may not want to look at.

To use just add you picture, text or whatever like normal then highlight the lot and click this button

So to hide an image you would put his

Didn't work on chrome but did on default phone browser. Will have to look into this more tomorrow.
