New counter

You may have noticed a new counter on the forum, also you may have noticed it was not working very well

I have fixed it now and set it to the last count from the old counter.
Old counter was hosted elsewhere and I did not want to loose the count should the other site go down again.

The Old counter has been removed and I have made the 'disclaimer' on its own line, easier to find
