Mick - I dont knock up a list for Cashmores members attending, I assume all are coming unless they advise otherwise.

I only list casualties/guests to aid whoever is pegging out so that they know how many pegs to put in.......

The postcode for the Hartley Arms (bottom rh corner) is ST19 9NF

We are on the next bridge west, so from there, turn into Greenhill Lane. Follow it down to a rh bend, then turn right into a 'track' called Long Street. Follow that down to the canal bridge, cross the bridge and park down the tracl along the track at the rear of the towpath

I used to live in Ash Grove haha. Learnt to fish on this canal. We used to fish the bit between the bridge the pubs on down to the next lock. I think they have stopped that now due to the boaters ::) Some nice skimbos to be had in that little turning basin part way down.

Yep Olly - bout 20 years or so ago I used to have a permit every year off Brewood British Legion who controlled the sections either side of the Hartley Arms bridge and up past the locks

Whereas 2lb used to be 'the norm' out of a lot of the cuts in the area back then it was the first place I stumbled upon that you could do double figures from, and not from just the 'noted' pegs.....

Shame the sections were lost to moorings
