Cannot miss that cheecky face of Trothy.
Looks like a practice event in readiness for some final across the water somewhere.
Denmark and Silkeborg or Skandeborg.
Cannot quite recall the team.DAM something for these brummies.
I popped into see TT when I was on the Bewdley festival in July.
Called in at shopo and a great pleasute to see Tony again after so many years.
A real gent and made us a fine cuppa.

Sure it was Dam AFS and Charlie Hague is there aswell on that photo. Pretty sure Tony Bench fished for them at the time along with a few others (John O' Rourke), I don't really see many of them anymore, dont think many still do the river scene anymore, if fish at all.

No Guys not DAM AFS. It was in sweeden Karlstad june 1988 DFDS final. I went as a 21 year old bankrunner with DAM Starlets. My 2 friends and i went on the lash for 3 days much to Downsy dismay. Now u may reconise some more names. Barnsley won the the 4 team final.
