3 very good carp teams

it's what they do these days. To be fair it was always going to be a potential banana skin ! as Barnsley just found out !!!!! surprised they did not choose Lough canal but heard the dates clashed with the stainy pairs.

Spoke to lee Harrison earlier and he's won Makins with 60 odd kg, next weight in his lake was 4kg!!! Think Matt Godfrey blanked & James Dent was well down, shows how peggy it was, Hope Lee can catch that on Stainy Pairs tomorrow

Tony dropped in at Stirrup Cup on the way home today to watch the weigh in it were black with skimmers in the short pound Clark won it with 12lb

Roach were topping everywhere

Jacko won his section today by 1 dram

Spoke to Graham he caught a few on squatt then changed to caster

Amazing how many 2-3 oz skimmers and roach were weighed in

You wouldnt have said there were any roach in the canal near us

I can feel a Darren M feature coming up

Walked a few of the Louhborough sections yesterday. Nice to see some old faces particularly Brian & Bob doing a sterling job with the scales. Tricky operation when a lot of anglers only had a few grams to weigh. Good job guys.

Well done to Pete Marlow who came 2nd in his section. The roach although only small would not come past the two guys to his right so he did the sensible thing and sat for Perch netting 4.

Gutted that I missed the Milton Keynes semi final today after breaking my arm a few weeks ago. The lads did the business though, narrowly losing out to Starlets on weight. Graham West won individually too to complete a great season.

1st Starlets 69 points
2nd Garbolino Blackhorse 69 points
3rd Drennan Oxford 67 points

I don't know the exact results for the other semi but heard Dorking and Delcac through
