Close Season or Not
The close season is nonsense, I live close to Pennington flash a 170 acre lake which I can fish all year,the river glaze runs out of the flash which I can't fish due to the close season? ????? Same water same fish?

have I got the right place, cos I can only see big sizes. I'm after 8's to 12's, zlt is ok but it's v expensive in my local shop and they say maver is the same but that's dearer.

Has anybody else used dinsmores shot? Im just tieing a few rigs up and noticed that the number 10 shots are different sizes by a considerable amount >:( this must alter the weight as well. Ive been using zlt shot for ages and all seem uniform in size,only bought dinsmores as shop had no zlt left ...

Cheers for the replys. been offered a tricast legend 5000 for £80 someone selling it from tackle shop, there is one on the bay at moment too. Ive got the 3500 legend and like it, anyone know if the 5000 would be suitable for trent?
