Just in addition Malc I think any ban at Rolfs or otherwise has been born out of a misinterpretation of the AT rule that talks abot trapping of elastic and handlining. Not sure what trapping elastic is mate im new to this carp thing but I agree with hand lining ban, it can be dangerous.
