Yeah,twas a good result,we used the smallest feeders ever made(i think) tiny 5g nisa ones about the size of a thimble,mixed up 1/3 of a bag of sensas black & put either 1,2 or 3 pinkies in the feeder! Joff.I thought Tony Peel won it with a big weight under the conditions(40lb),feeding nothing,just casting a waggler to one of them paddle things??????? It was great for us at the time,as most teams coming over from Ireland to fish the semis finished way down,competing against more organised teams ...

Its been completely OTT here TK.The powers that be introduced a 4 fish limit,before they came here en-mass,where you're legally allowed to kill 4 coarse fish. This was brought in for pike anglers to catch bait. Of course it cant be policed properly & its really had an effect on some lakes & canals ...

I fished a match on the Erewash canal once & on the bit i fished,if you'de have gone in with breadpunch,it would have gone in white & come out purple!
