naaah,,,wasnt that bad,,,good banter with the dram queen on the next peg....just could not believe that just a few miles could see such a dramatic change in weather,
left home with overcast skies,4/5 degrees and light rain and deffo no frost...got there to be greeted by a good frost,clear skies and a frozen cut,drew a Joffie peg,and only cat ice so it looked not to bad,
three and half hours for 1st fish,a 1oz perch took on small segment of worm on a 22 that after trying umpteen different lines and tbh didnt even see the float move,it was just there when i lifted,next put in ,sailed away for an ever so slightly larger one ,maybe 1oz and half,that wa my lot then,just enough time to see tha dram queen using his landing net on a 2oz er as the whistle went...done again pmsl.

didnt really care though,just enjoyed the company and banter as always.

better in some sections this week TK
but we have cancelled all matches now until after Christmas until it settles down with this colour
hopefully ready for the pairs which is now 50 pegs
