Just to show what a different circuit I fish these days .... I'm pretty sure the last time I saw mr Miller was the year that Team Robbo's fished the CHiltern WL.
We were pegged next door at St Neots and came 2nd & 3rd in section with about 2 and a half pounds.

Chris V - am I getting old or am I right that he did fish with Robbo's that year (93 I think)??

LOL the same year we was robbed by Image Black horsre when the last round was moved to Fenny Stratford and we couldn`t practice and Black horse could because they had a different league round on there the week before.

That's right Chris - except it was worse than that ......

Black Horse (who i fished for on the rivers) pegged out that last round at Fenny on the saturday. Then the 2 peggers sat and fished just off the end of the pegged stretch. In those days you weren't allowed to fish the "match length" after the preceding sunday.
the 2 peggers weren't in the team for the sunday.

Somehow the captain's meeting allowed the result to stand!!
