It was on the Witham Chris 
Looking at the 'logo' on his top ( I blew it up yesterday) - it looked like 'Phil's' to me 
- is there any connection there? Did he fish for 'Phils - or as I suspect this may have been pre sponsorship days - was it a works overall????
