The Olympics - an angling legacy?

Seen some decent looking 'regenerated' canal (well it looked like a canal to me) in the vicinity of the Olympic area on the news.

The news reporter even referred to the 'clear water and the fish swimming about'

Is there any opportunity (or even desire) for anglers to reap the benefits of this regeneration once the Olympics are over?

On the contrary due to the money going to the Olympics crappity smack all has been spent on their own fisheries and even the roads leading to them Image Image

I stayed up and i'm knackered lol. Was before it started.

Superb show mind.

When it came to the teams walking around after the main show, had to take a deep breath when they announced there were ....

210 of them to wade through  Image before the finale !
