Well just to give everyone some background of the place our previous results have been

2009 19 anglers total weight 2911lb 14 oz with a winning weight of 383lb 4oz

2010 19 anglers total weight 2878lb 12 oz with a winning weight of 369lb 12oz

2011 it fished hard with low water levels 17 anglers total weight 1798lb 4 oz with a winning weight of 196lb 12oz

Now today basically the same 17 anglers weighed in a total weight of 248lb 12 oz and a winning weight of 41lb 4oz.

No my keyboard isnt playing up and no I havent mistyped the figures and left one out.

Could some one please explain to me how a venue where 70 % or more of the fish you caught had parrot mouths through damage suddenly produces a day where those fish with damaged mouths make up less than 5% of the total. Plus you struggle to catch 10% of your previous days.

I personly think we should get a REFUND for it still listed as a bagging event, when clearly isn't the fish stock there.
Martin was moaning all the way home after drawing peg 3 ( which he got the club record 383lb) and only got 7lb.
in 2009 the first 3 pegs along got approx 1000lb fish this week approx 69lb.

Well for what its worth here are the results from Sunday. I took the last peg in the bag No 15 which was the peg I had 2 years ago to set my PB match weight of 344lb. Martin also drew peg 3 where he had recorded the club record of 383lb 4 oz 3 years ago. As you can understand we both run to our pegs.
On the other hand Clive drew peg 17 the same as he had last year to record one of the lowest weights we have had at Rockells. Clive was a bit slower than Martin and I in going to his peg. At least we stopped Al from winning 6 on the trot

I wonder if Chris V can come up with any info on what has happened there.

Her last 3 weights have been 44lb 12 oz 3lb 4 oz and 28lb 8oz very similar to the weights at Rockells.
