Been on the website and the last match on there was won with 109 lb from peg 13
Click HERE for a look at the pool.
There's alot more bushes and shrubs hanging over the water now too. Wonder if the Yale can get a ton from there on the 8th October  :-/ :-/ :D

Directions can be found HERE if you need them too  ;)

BTW, if you click the link to the Match Pool at Heronbrook, then scroll down to the picture of the pool, you can click the individual peg numbers for a picture of what that peg looks like...

Rules and bait bans for this match....

Match Rules  ....

The open match rules are simple.

TWO keep nets are required at ALL matches (Open Matches and Club Matches)

Once you feel you have close to 50 lb in the first net, then please start to use the second net

Or start with two keep nets and place the fish in them alternately

(It is not a one net for carp, one net for silvers rule)

Please Note: As from May 1st 2005 Cat Meat is no longer to be used at the fishery.

NO BARBED hooks or any larger than SIZE 10's.

ALL nets (landing nets and keep nets) MUST be dipped.

Coarse Pellets are ALLOWED on all pools in matches

Please note COARSE PELLETS, Not Trout Pellets / High oil content pellets (This Includes Halibutt Pellets)

Fair enough  I think.  :)
