My report two bites all day on bomb two fish

well what can i say ? , drew a peg which dave said to leave out fished out in front of me to pick up a few silvers , but could see members catching carp , so changed to a big bomb , moulded pellets to it and threw it 70 yds nr a bale . orange corn on the hook , 6 carp in the first 3 hrs , then the storm came , no more fish thought my chance had gone , whistle goes & im thinking 4th at best , well 6 carp weighed 49lb 8 pz , biggest 12lb 10 oz plus another double , but 3lb of roach got me over the winning line

Well that was a wet 'un'

Having reached for a crap peg out the bag again as usual and having decided it was rod only match before i got to the venue i set just 3 rods up.Bomb rod, Pellet wagg rod and insert wag on 13ft match rod. All to be fished at 25m out, first cast on the insert wagg resulted in a nice 7-8lb carp in the bag. After a short while another one followed but the action soon dried up

I had clocked some munters doing hungry hippo's in the middle of the lake so i sent the 6oz pellet wagg to greet them another 2 carp where soon in the bag which were the first fish ive caught on my new map parabolix sti 12ft pellet rod and it is the best rod ever !!!!!!!!!!!!.

I later had a quick run of 3 fish on the bomb and that was that as they say
