Red hot, lovely day for sunbathing, but not for fishing. Some seemingly dead pegs came alive after the only boat of the day came through, where are the boats this year?Due to harder sections the prize money was adjusted to pay 2 plus 3 sections.the section winners being A]Lee davies 6-12-9, B]Dave whittingham 3-1-3,C]Alex graham 5-12-14.The winner mal [first visit this year]caught some lovely roach on squat and hemp, the second paul had a lovely bag of smaller squat caught roach.
Many thanks to the anglers who attended.

where are the boats this year?

Don't want to set the alarm bells ringing Larry but the Tring Reservoirs (GU top ups) are very low and some sections of the canal there are closed, more so the Aylesbury Arm.
Without rain there could be a few problems on several cuts this summer. :-X :-X
