Yeah, should be good, there's plenty of skimmers being caught. One lad had 33lb yesterday, another had 20lb and there was a 12lb of roach on caster on the roadside.

I'm doing some wednesdays too if you're free anytime. this wed on the Carp lake, next wed on Donno as I've got a league on there the following sat and it may give a few pointers for anyone who hasn't fished it before

1st match of the series today. not the best conditions, almost freezing last night then bright sunshine, no wind.
Still fished well, everyone caught, some lads had never seen the place before so all in all i think it was a good match. Lot's of carp hooked ( and lost )today, but considering the warm weather I think that was to be expected. Still, don't think that will be a problem soon looking at the forecast!!!! :D

1st Barry Jones 25lb 15oz skimmers/bream
2nd Craig Naylor 25lb 8oz roach/skimmers
3rd Stu Naylor 22lb 2oz Roach/skimmers
4th Rob Wootton 20lb 14oz roach/skimmers

Sect 1 Tony Scott 14lb 12oz
Sect 2 Andy Beasley/Dean Guess 17lb 10oz

Thanks to Bait Tech for donating prizes for the league which I will present after the last match.

until next year when he's back Image Imagesecond is not good enough for dean Image Image Image
as for supporting the local winter league [well more like a rover ] 30 to 40 yards apart no thanks some of the lads didn't want to fish it i have been away for 4 winter leagues and hopefully you have seen sense as the last three rounds were as suggested no long walks easy access Image Image Image
next year perhaps i'l start phoning around before the meeting Image Image

or why not have a meeting before September to sort it out with the new teams that are thinking of coming in the league
plus pay the entrance up front with a team card filled in BEFORE BEING ABLE TO VOTE Image Image Image Imageyou talk about club fishing Image Image
i take it you are running a 50 peg open on the same sections the week ::) ::) ::) ::)
