Hook Length Loops

Started tying my hook lengths ready for a week at white acres, but just a question.. when tying the loop..
Should i do the overhand loop once or twice? twice makes the line twizzle.. and once makes it perfect but wouldnt it slip?

dunno if u guys are aware of this site.
www.animatedknots.com but it covers most knots in video detail which you can speed up or slow down

I second this, they are brilliant plus you get the 2 sizes to make the loops at the top of your rigs aswell
