me and last years winner went down yesterday to have a little practice there was only the two of us and a few dying sheep it fished quite well catching all carp exept for one barbel cant say there was a favorite bait as didnt matter what bait you put on the hook it resulted in a fish all i can say is i caught 13 carp in 5 mins why dont we meet up on the day and have a breakfast somewere this is a top fisherie well worth a visit i bet daves going down this weekend

the trick with this pool is sorting out the bigger fish small ones i had 15 in 3 minutes , but you can get the 3lb - 4lb about every 2 mins , but of course it will be different on the day , it depends which anglers are on the better pegs but 100lb is a possibility 
tell you how to get the big ones ? no chance ive been sworn to secrecy
