Tell him to go into Northampton Nene AC site and ring either Paul Minney or Chris Howard on the Contacts page. If it is the same one they'' know him.
I think he ran a few bloodworm matches.

his nick name is tick tock, used to wear browning gear with the nuddy white cap. Any of the browning boys from cambs can get hold of him for you, Timmy Nash, Tony Watling or alternatively ring Stanjays in Godmanchester they`ll have his number.

Lee, I'm good mates with Nigel (Nigel Fawkes). Very good angler, used to fish with ABC and Hot Rods, lives in St Neots and mostly fishes on commercials in cambs and beds nowdays. Was the man to beat at Castle Ashby for a long time. If you send me a personal message I will send you his mobile.

Joff, it was a very difficult decision to leave Spro as i've got some good mates there. But after the Chiltern AT division folded some of the lads wanted to fish the Castle Ashby division and I wanted to stick with canals - the team is still going though. Looking forward to fishing with blackhorse though have got some very good canal anglers including smithy. The London AT league is quite a tough one - 3 squatt matches & 3 joker and Maver Image look to be a very good side - seem to have the best of the Essex side and Wickford's best anglers - don't like 5 peg sections though - very easy to have a bad un.

Cost is definately an issue, but for me the most important thing is to fish venues that I enjoy and to fish big canal matches in the south midlands area you need to be part of a team. There are a lot of small team events around this way, local leagues get good attendances, but very few teams, clubs etc can get a team of 10 together to fish an AT league. The gap between the top teams has widened loads in the last couple of years, this combined with the cost of travelling makes fishing small local matches much more attractive. Unfortunately as leagues fold and merge with only the best teams least, this alienates the smaller clubs even more as they can't compete - What is the answer??
