Fished really well given the conditions. One or two areas struggled but over half the field weighed 5lb+

Well done again Bocca. The Cov cut in Coventry is something special, perhaps the Wye of the canal world.  Just a shame its in the middle of Coventry really...

Must be honest though when i seen Paul Bicks breaker bouncing across the top of the ice as i arrived at my peg i thought we were in for a grueller.As it turned out there were some stunning weights,and apart from a few pegs everybody caught.
P.S were the maps ok ?

Maps were great thanks.

When i broke the ice on Saturday to test it it was about 2 inches thick. Looking at some of the pegs on Sunday it definitley varied from about an 1 inch thick to 3 inches thick along the match length.

Still a bit of hard work paid off for everyone. Would it fish like that again without the ice?
