Just to let you know how well the canal fished the Our team weights were as follows A section 26.4.0,(1pt) B 15.12.0,(1pt) C 3.14.0,(7pts) D 8.13.8,(2pts)
E 12.6.0 (1pt) F 7.11.0 (3pts) G 7.6.0 (4pts) H3.8.0 (7pts) J 5.3.0 (3pts) and K 8.8.0(1pt)There were 68 Anglers from the 80 that fished that weighed over 4lb.

well done chavey those weights are awesome for a semi-final was it mainly small fish? ive always fancied moving to the southwes

swampy, there are a lot of skimmers in the canal at bathampton and the weights were mainly made up of skimmers and roach, The first and second weights were larger skimmers/Bream there are pictures of them here:

3rd place had an 8lb carp along with 8lb of smaller skimmers and I had 132 fish in my 15.12.0 there is a picture of them on the go fishing link above. I had them at 5M and 11M on a 5mm punch and caught all day. It was really windy all day and I'm sure the average weights would have been a lot better if the weather was better.
Re. moving to the south west, get on down here we are on the lookout for a few more anglers
